Hotel is located just the walking distance to the city cnetre. Don't get distracted by the outside look of the hotel, because it is a bit outdated, but the interior is very clean and modern. Our rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Although the rooms faced the street, the noise was not heard. The staff was very helpful with the information we needed. The breakfast is very good, and not expensive (9 €).

The hotel is in a very good location and the room was quiet. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very nice. We were able to park for free in front of the hotel. The city center is very close. The breakfast is of very good quality and the price is very reasonable. The lady serving breakfast was very nice. I can only recommend their hotel.

The hospitality of the staff. They really make you feel at home. Very close to train station. Loved their dog on the property.

I had an unexpected stay in Rovigo and only for the excellence of this hotel and staff I would have been in a bad way. Hotel is immaculate!! Very modern, clean, great facilities and location. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! So helpful and friendly. Also, the food in the restaurant was DELICIOUS!

Breakfast was excellent. Parking was readily available for free in front of the hotel. I stayed in the low season, however, so probably it is busier in summer.... It was easy to find the property and to get to and from it. Walking into the center of town took about 5-7 minutes. Staff was helpful and efficient.

Spacious, well appointed, and comfortable room. Great breakfast, and dinner in the Il Sesto restaurant was sensational. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Can't believe this hotel is only a three star.

The Best Western Hotel Cristallo is a very convenient hotel located in Rovigo. I was pleasantly surprised with how modern the rooms were, how large they were, and how clean they were. I lived in Rovigo previously and this was better than my apartment. The front desk staff was also very courteous, helpful and friendly.

I've stayed here 5 times this year and going back in 2 weeks time. Always a pleasant stay, The staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough to help.

Reception lady is very kind, help us a lot during our trip. Our rental car is with problem, they help us to find the taxi with very good price and solve our big problem. We have a very good experience there we will come again.
